The story of our surname

“Yay, it’s  BOY!”

You may be going ‘yay!’ now, but when the boy grows up, it might not be a good thing for him depending on the family that he is born to. Grandparents will be glad that their grandson is about to their surname down the generation, but what’s awaiting them in the future is harsh.

Yes, that’s baby boy for you.

A pillar of strength in the family and relationship, and you can never imagine if you are not a son, especially the eldest one.

There are a lot of things that i really want to do. Things like getting a degree, travelling around the world, bla bla bla; but I am unable to do so. And not to say, getting married.

How am I going to do this when I am chained by my family?

Finally

God works in many ways, isn’t it?

It would appear to us as random happenings in life, and that is how we discover his calling.

I think I  had one of mine today, have you?

Let’s go!

It is hard to determine if things are going according to God’s will, But one thing I know for sure, we are all always in his will.

It is just the different path that we are going down, so stop waiting and do it

Life ain’t smooth sailing

If you can’t even take a small emotional hit, what’s the talk about overcoming obstacles in life?

It’s good for you,

How many times did we not heed advice from people?

When we were told not to play with fire when we were young, we still pick up matches and lighters to play with. It wasn’t much of a big deal then, but it’s a different thing when we are older.

I use to interrupt people’s conversation by saying: ‘What are you ppl talking about?’ And most of the time, the topic is irrelevant to me.

That’s kaypoh.

Then I met another kaypoh, which makes me understand the feeling of being interrupted; it’s like wanting to give a hard knuckle on the person’s head.

Kaypoh too much, and you might know things that you are not suppose to know because it will change how you see people and situation. Then there will be no surprise in life.

Let’s take an example, you know your friends are up to something sneaky and you kaypoh; infact they are preparing something for your farewell or birthday. So what’s the fun of knowing: ‘oh so they are planning something for me’ and lost the surprise element?

Sometimes, it’s good not to know everything because some things are just not good for you to know.

Act blur, live longer.

On another note, Happy Lunar New Year all =)
